It is the beginning of a new semester. Welcome and Welcome Back Respectively!
As has been tradition the past few years, I wanted to point out a couple of important items that will help keep you informed about safety on campus and perhaps keep you out of a little trouble too.
1) Please remember that parking enforcement begins February 2nd. There is no grace period after February 1st, so please get your parking permits in order. If you have questions, now is the time to ask. Feel free to do so at policechief@uhcl.edu.
2) Please visit the UHCL Police website at www.uhcl.edu/police. This website is updated daily with current activity, crime alert bulletins, safety education training schedules, the annual safety and security report, active shooter training video, and much more.
3) We are on FACEBOOK! Come be a FAN! You can reach our Facebook by clicking on the Facebook icon from our website.
It is an exciting time at UHCL. Glad you are a part of it. And again, WELCOME - WELCOME BACK.
